Kati's Birthday

Happy Birthday Kati.....Thanks for being born so we could all get together for this fun evening! We started out the evening out at the Red Iguana. I had never been there before but I had heard lots of great things about it. It wasn't too bad. I guess I was just spoiled living in California and growing up eating the best mexican food. We all ate too much and were extremely full when we left but Nick insisted we go across the street to get ice cream! Not the best idea Nicky. We were past the full point when we finished and moved onto the sick point. Kati said it was ok cuz it was her birthday but it was NOT OK! Other than eating way too much we all had such a fun night together. Kati got lots of great presents too. We love you Kati and we are so lucky to have you in our lives. We got lots of fun pictures from the pretty flower arrangments to the worlds cutest baby Stella.

The words "So you think you can dance" is like music to my ears!!! This show is so important to me in my life and I would be lost with out it. It makes me happy when I am sad and sometimes I cry when I watch it. I feel like I just bore my testimony about a TV show??!!

The 4th season of the show starts tomorrow the 22nd of May and I couldn't be anymore excited. This date is also a good friend of mines birthday and she is lucky that I love her a lot because I am missing the show to attend her birthday dinner. Thank goodness for TiVo!!!!

I hope you all can get into this amazing show this season. It really is amazing. Dancers don't get enough credit for how hard they work and this show gives them this chance. They are so telented and that is why I love this show so much.

Taylor and Melissa's Wedding

So yesterday was the big day for Tay and Mel. The day couldn't of been any more beautiful. The weather was perfect. Melissa was absolutely stunning in her dress and Tay was lookin so handsome in his rich Tux. It was so fun to have everyone together. We love you guys and wish you all the happiness in the world. Azya and Marlee

Those of you who dont know who these girls are I will give a little background.....About two years ago I met my friend Nicolette through a friend and we have been great friends ever since. She has three of the cutest kids ever. Marlee is 11 Jalen is 8 and Azya is 3. I love these kids so much. I am really close to Marlee. We have a lot in common and she is such a smart little kid. Nicolettte asked me to be her godmother not too long ago and I feel like I need to be an example to her. She loves to act and last week she was in a production of Charlotte's Web at the childrens theatre. She was sooooooo GREAT! I was so proud of her. The part she had fit her perfectly. Azya and Marlee are complete opposites. Azya is probably the giriest girl I have ever met. The kid would take lip gloss over candy in a heart beat. She loves to pose for the camera and she also is a pretty good photographer for a 3 year old. Here are some pics of Mar at her play and some that Azya took of me and some I took of her. MOAB

Moab Utah might be one of the most beautiful places that I have ever been to in my life to this point. My Dad and Roger took the comany and their famlies for our second anual Moab jeep safari trip. We had so much fun. The weather was perfect between 70-80' the whole time. There were 40 of us and 12 jeeps. I drove the whole day on sunday and I loved it. Most of you would of died when you saw some of the trails I did. A little scarry but I loved it. Most of the kids in the pics are the barkers kids. I love them. Kate Anne and Jarom are the kids. We did a great hike and climbed a few crazy rocks. We also ate lots of great food and enjoyed good conversation. No injuries occured and other than a few sick nights for a few people it all went great. We didnt want to come home to this horrible weather but thats life.

Poor Me

So yesterday I decided i couldn't take it anymore. I was having the worst womanly pains ever! My mom told me to take some of her pain medicine called Tramadol. So around 1:00 in the afternoon i took the pill. Around 230 I started to feel a little dizzy and nauseous so I left work and headed home. When I got home my friend Kim was there to get her hair done and after 15 minutes of applying her color I couldn't take it any more, so i excused myself and went to the bathroom and lost my lunch. This was the beginning of a night of throwing up. I called the pharmacist and she said that the pill was way too strong for me and it would take 8-12 hours to feel better and to get it out of my system. Well she was sure right because at 2 am I stoped throwing up and I started to feel better. It was horible. I thought I was dying and I sure looked like it. When I woke up this morning I felt like I had gotten hit by a car. I could barely move out of bed and into the shower. Work was interesting today and I was relieved to be done. So my lesson for the week was that I will NEVER take Tramadol ever again!!!! Sorry if this was too much info for you all but I had to blog about it.

Bret's Bowling Birthday Bash

It was that time of year again.....Bret's birthday. This year we went to none other than Fat Cat's. We all had so much fun. Between Taylor killin all of us with a score of 230(Lets be honest), that adorable baby Stella, the delish pizza and cheesecake, and the wonderfull birthday boy it couldn't of been a better night. Jim did a great job putting it all together. Thanks Jim. Happy Birthday Bret. We love you. Sorry there were too many cute pics I had to post them all.
