Sick and tired of being SICK!!

Sundance

I love me some Sundance....I always look forward to when it comes here to Park City. I wanted to go to a movie but I didn't get around to it. My friend Andria and I wanted to go to a few concerts but each ticket to these shows were $150 and that was a little much for a girl who is low on funds!! SO.....we decided to try our luck and see if we could get in on our good looks and classy swagger..LOL. My mom thought this was pretty funny. Well laugh all you want but it worked! We got in on Wednesday to see Common and that was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE! It was probably in the top 5 best shows I have ever seen. Too bad his girlfriend Serena Williams didn't show up! We also saw Chris Rock that night and wandered into some exclusive VIP rooms...We worked it and it was so fun! Saturday we headed up again and went to N.E.R.D and Nas. Unfortunately we were late for N.E.R.D and didn't get to see them. I was so bummed because I wanted to see Pharell but Nas was really good too. It was so cold up there and we did a lot of walking but it was all worth it! Until next year...

Miss Miller

Today was teaching my first day of substitute teaching. I picked up this job for some extra money and to keep me busy. My friend Dallin teaches 6th grade and gave me the idea of this job. So he asked me to sub for him today. It was a good day. The kids behaved for me for most of the day. He informed me not to be too nice and that was a little bit hard for me but I did it. The early morning thing was hard for me and the snow did not help at all. It was fun playing teacher and I am excited to do it again. Teaching is a hard job and I give all the credit in the world to teachers.

Salon Life

As most of you know work has been so slow for me lately. I guess i am one of the many who has been affected by the economy. My clients are still coming in but just not as often as usual. So because of this I am offering a deal at the salon...a cut and color for $95. This is a pretty good deal at the salon. I also do hair at home for a little less and its pretty laid back. I am always excepting new clients and if anyone knows anyone who needs a new stylist I am your girl. The salon # is 364-4092. Let me know if you need my cell number. Thanks for your help!!

Girls Night!!

Last week I was lucky enough to hang out with some of my favorite girls! Ness and Libby drove down from Utah county to have a fun girls night with Rach, Addison and I. We had a delicious dinner and watched American Idol. I love these girls and their little girls are growing up so fast. Sorry this took me so long to post Rach.

Chris Paul

I was lucky enough to get to go see my love Chris Paul a couple seeks ago. It was so fun. We did beat my Hornets by 20 points which was fun to watch. Here are some pics.

History

Today is a day that I will never forget for the rest of my life. As I sat in bed watching our new president get sworn in and listening to his beautiful speech tears ran down my face. I am so proud to be alive and living in this country. I have such high hopes for our new President and I hope that he can take a hold of things and show us some big changes. I hope that we all can give our full support to our new President Barack Obama and continue to remember him and his family in our prayers. Here are some cool pictures I found online during the day.

CAR!!!

As of tomorrow my car is officially paid off!! I couldn't be happier. I have waited for this day for 5 years. Anyways, I just thought I would announce that to you all!
